Core Strength with Pilates

We are thrilled to offer Pilates for our patients and the community!  Learn to engage and retrain your deepest core muscles for improved posture, reduced pain and better mobility.  Taught by Kari Smith, A doctor of physical therapy and Stott Pilates certified instructor, you can be assured that these exercises are a safe and effective way to get in shape!

Tuesdays, 4:30 – 5:15 p.m. in the DMU Wellness Center
