Muscle or joint pain of the extremities and spine

The aches and pains of life affect us all.  We treat pain from injury, repetitive use, work activities, or athletic endeavor with goals of getting you back in the game.

Post-surgical rehabilitation

After surgery we are here to help.  Post-surgical rehabilitation includes total joint replacements for the hip, knee, ankle, shoulder and finger joints, sports medicine surgeries to the joints of the arms or legs, neck or back surgery, surgery post bone fracture, or surgeries to the pelvic area (hysterectomy, prostatectomy). In addition, hand rehabilitation following tendon repairs or fractures is offered.

Pelvic pain and incontinence

Disorders of the pelvis include pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction.

Prenatal and postpartum care

Having a baby can be difficult on the body.  We treat the back or pelvis pain before birth and can assist you in rehabilitation of the pelvic floor, back, and abdomen after birth

Dizziness and balance problems

Our physicians are experts in diagnosing and treating issues of the vestibular system, including vertigo and concussion injuries.

Chronic pain

The DMU Clinic team will work with you to treat symptoms and pain associated with chronic conditions or injuries.

Adult neurological conditions

We rehabilitate neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis as well as injuries to the neurological system such as stroke, neuropathy or concussion.

Post-rehabilitation management

Rehabilitation isn’t over when you stop physical therapy. We offer wellness examinations, exercise classes and individual exercise instruction on a private pay basis.
