Spencer Hospital’s Physical Therapists provide care at the hospital for both inpatients and outpatients and also provide outpatient therapy services at Rehab@The Clinic, located on the second floor of the Spencer Medical Arts Building, and at Milford Family Care and Sioux Rapids Family Care.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for delivering the highest quality therapy services to patients
-Organizes and conducts medically prescribed Physical Therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, neurological impairment, diagnosed syndrome or developmental delays
-Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, mentorship of students and/or staff, participation/coordination with committees, performance improvement, marketing, and program development

Job Schedule:

-Benefit eligible - 72 or 80 hours a pay period salaried
-Must have flexibility to work the hours needed based on the needs of the department
-Typically Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
-Rotating holidays and weekends
-The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
