Whether you graduated from Des Moines University in the past decade or trace your time back to the Sixth Avenue location, as an alumnus/alumna you are forever a part of DMU and have a continuing stake in DMU’s success. Regardless of how long it’s been, there is no better time than now to reconnect with your alma mater, classmates, faculty and current students, and the way to do it is through the more than 12,000 member-strong DMU Alumni Association!

If you graduated decades ago and haven’t been back, you need to return to visit with DMU’s top-notch educators, chat with amazingly bright students, and take a tour of the ultramodern campus including its world-class educational lab facilities. Doing so will give you an incredible sense of pride and accomplishment for being part of this great tradition in health care education.

One of the most incredible things about DMU is the way its three colleges have come together to become a truly interdisciplinary health sciences university providing innovation and health care leadership to the upper Midwest. As perhaps the first person to simultaneously graduate from two DMU colleges, I find this coming-together of the alumni, students and schools to be particularly gratifying, and I am certain it will inspire you as well. The DMU Alumni Association, which represents graduates of all programs, exemplifies our unified alma mater.

So what are you waiting for? Get involved. Reconnect. Re-energize. Contribute. Share your passion and expertise. As one of our valued alumni, today’s DMU is your ticket to making your past a rewarding part your future!
