Tell us what you want!  Please take this short survey (estimated time to complete, 2 minutes).

If you were a student in the health care administration or public health programs at DMU, how would you want to complete your degree or certificate requirements:

Completely online with no campus visit required.

Either online or on campus. I would want a choice.

Mostly online. I would want to visit campus for select courses or events (i.e., orientation, graduate presentations, leadership skill building seminars, etc.).

Only on campus.  I would only want to use online technologies to support on my on campus experiences.

If you were enrolled in an online class, would you want to participate in courses using:

Synchronous technologies.  Assignments requiring real-time (logged into a website at a particular date and time) interaction with the instructor and fellow students in an on-line environment (i.e. chat rooms, virtual classrooms, etc.).

Asynchronous technologies.  Assignments are required to be completed by a day/time but otherwise don’t require you to access the course at any specific day/time.  No real-time interaction with the instructor or other students is provided (i.e. discussion boards, quizzes/tests, emails, etc.).

Both technologies

DMU has a student laptop computer program, which provides participating students a new laptop computer loaded with all the required software and access to the HELP desk, for a discounted fee. I would be interested in participating in this program
I would sign a statement verifying that I have, or will purchase, my own technology resources
My interest in online programs stems from: (check all those that apply)

My geographic location.  I am not conveniently located to programs like these.

My professional or personal commitments.  I don’t have the time to commit to driving and sitting in a class.

My learning style.  I think I learn best independently.

Curiosity.  I’d like to experience an online learning experience.
