The University has four dedicated student counselors on staff who are professionally trained to advise and assist students with relationship issues, depression, stress, anxiety, poor coping mechanisms (alcohol, substance use, eating disorders, etc.), focus and concentration, sleep issues, and study skills and strategies. This service is free and confidential.
