Contract for Incomplete Grade
Incompletes are intended to be used when students have completed a majority of the work in a given class, but who have experienced a health issue, tragedy, or unexpected setback. If this is the case, students may request an incomplete grade for a course in which he or she is currently enrolled. This request must be received by the instructor for the course before the deadline of the last assignment. Students who have not completed a majority of the work in the course should withdraw from the course.

Degree Completion Notification
Students must complete all coursework and internships by the last date of the fall term. Students completing after the last date of the fall term, will be asked to walk in the graduation ceremony of the following year. For example, a student completing in April 2010 would be invited to march in the May 2011 ceremony. Please carefully read the information on the Petition to Graduate form linked below.
