Cameroon Med - Welcome to Mark "Abe" Marshall's Medical Mission Blog
On March 30th, 2008 I will be departing on a medical mission to Cameroon for 6 weeks through INMED and CBC Health Services. We will be treating and providing preventative services for underserved Cameroonians, many of whom have never seen a doctor. Many of the children and adults suffer from malaria, malnutrition, Hansen's disease (leprosy), HIV/AIDS, TB, and a myriad of other "exotic" conditions that are not seen in the United States.
