I have made Guacamole many times but your recipe seems so different than I usually do. Interestingly different I should say. First roasting the chillies, which I haven’t done so far especially for guacamole. Also rinsing the onions in water is totally new to me. Might I ask what’s the reason? I’m definitely trying this recipe one of these days.

I love cooking, thanks for putting the post up i shall get some of the ingredients when I next go shopping and have a go I’ve never made Salsa and Guacamole but i shall have a go at some point next week thanks for sharing.
