Marzolino and Kayla Brooke were married on April 7, 2012, in Denton, TX, and now reside in Dallas. He completed a fellowship at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston in cardiovascular anesthesiology and currently works with Pinnacle Anesthesia at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. Kayla is a major gifts officer at Abilene Christian University.

Brown was appointed medical director of the Hennepin County Medical Center’s Neurology and Specialty Clinic in October 2011. He is an assistant profession in neurology at the University of Minnesota and board-certified in neurology and neuromuscular medicine.
