Admiral Walter C. Rustmann, D.O.’95

Rustmann was commissioned as admiral in the Texas Navy by Governor Rick Perry upon his retirement from the United States Air Force and Texas Air National Guard after 37 years of service to country and state. This honor is typically bestowed on individuals for outstanding service to the United States and/or the state of Texas.

Robert L. Donley, D.O.’95

Donley is the obstetrics/gynecology department chair for Excela Health in Latrobe, PA. He performs minimally invasive surgery and Da Vinci robotic surgery. He is a lieutenant colonel for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
