Successful dinner brings DMU endowed scholarship for minorities to $1 million

(Des Moines, IA) – The 2008 Des Moines University Glanton Scholarship Dinner Oct. 23 at the Meadows at Prairie Meadows was a resounding success. 500 dinner guests enjoyed the evening and $275,000 was raised, increasing the endowment to $1,000,000 for the scholarship for minority medical students.
