Rasmussen and Aaron Rasmussen were married on June 6, 2012. She is a physical therapist with Heartland Area Education Agency in Johnston, IA. Aaron is a personal trainer with Aspen Athletic Clubs. The couple resides in Des Moines, IA.

Lawler and Scott Lawler were married on June 17, 2006. They welcomed a son, Braeden Michael, to their family on July 23, 2008, and a second son, Colin Benjamin, on August 31, 2011. Melissa is currently working on her nursing degree. The family resides in Rochester, MN.

Blake A. Hardy, D.P.T.’05

Hardy was selected for the Iowa Physical Therapy Association’s highest award: the Olive Farr Distinguished Service Award in April 2012. Hardy is the first DMU physical therapy alumnus to receive this award. He and his wife, Kerry L. Hardy, D.P.T.’05, reside in Adel, IA.
