Make A Difference By Walking

National Walking Day
DMU will join the American Heart Association in celebrating National Walking Day! It’s a day to challenge ourselves and our nation to get heart healthy, get fit and fight the number one killer of Americans – Heart Disease. Come together and join DMU’s Wellness staff, in front of the academic center, and take steps toward a healthier you.

 

Join us tomorrow Wednesday, April 4 at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. for this great event. We will be walking from the Wellness Center to 42nd St. and back (a total of 1-mile). Wear RED to support this event!
