…with a few extra pounds from the holiday good eats. Feels like I ought to detox or something because, man, do my hips jiggle when I run.

I think I’m going to do the protein shake thing for breakfast this week. Any suggestions on brands? I do like the chocolate Carnation Breakfast Essentials with soy milk – hits the chocolate sweet tooth!
