I found there is way too much sugar in a standard serving for fruit drinks like V8 Fusion or even Tropicana’s OJ. So if you want the juice to last a little longer or you want to drink more before hitting your daily value of sugar, dilute the drinks yourself by adding a quarter’s worth of your juice serving with water.
Then, if you can handle it, kick it up a notch with a little more water and over time you’ll get use to the taste but will still enjoy the flavor. It’s almost like converting from whole milk to skim milk. You wouldn’t believe how sweet the drinks are until you’ve weaned off of it.
