The Interview Day
Students who submit a competitive application to the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery may be invited to Des Moines University for an interview.
Interview Day Schedule
- Check in at 8:00 a.m. at the Enrollment Management (Admission) office
- Meet the Dean of the College, faculty and staff
- Observation of a Clinic Session in the Des Moines University Foot and Ankle Institute
- Lunch with current students
- Campus Tour
- Wrap up session at 2:00 p.m.
The Results
Following your interview, the Admission Committee will review your file and make a decision regarding your admission status. Generally, you will receive the results of your interview within one week.
Your Stay in Des Moines
When you are invited to interview at DMU, you will receive an email with links to a recommended hotel list, maps to guide you to campus and directions to the Enrollment Management Office.
