Who:
Athletes in middle or high school from Des Moines area schools needing a sports physical.
What:
Free sports physicals including EKGs (and ECHOs if necessary) to screen for cardiac risks. Each student must bring a completed and signed parental consent form and physical history forms (both A & B), Parents do not need to attend the event if consent form is completed. Males are advised to wear shorts and t-shirts for the exam to make it easier to do the physical. Females are advised to wear shorts and preferably a sports bra under their shirt.
When:
Saturday, May 1, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
