Welcome to Des Moines University's Financial Aid Entrance Interview Counseling session.

This session is required of all first time borrowers at Des Moines University, and you will be asked to answer questions before you can successfully complete the interview.  A form certifying your successful completion of this session will be sent directly to the Financial Aid Office.  Financial Aid cannot process any financial aid until a certification form is on file.

The session is made up of ten sections and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Before you start, please collect the following information:

• Social Security Number
• Driver's License information
• Name, address, phone number of parents or closest relative
• Name, address, phone numbers for three references (these must reside at separate addresses and should be someone who will know you in the future, if you and your lender lose contact.
