440 medical students take part in largest disaster training

First- and second-year D.O. students were involved in a volunteer disaster relief training on September 26. The American Red Cross took 440 students — the largest group trained in the United States this year — through a tabletop exercise with disaster situations to learn about the roles and responsibilities of a Red Cross Disaster Health Services volunteer.
